Icons

Adds a reference to the package-icon instead of no icon, also now using a flat-icon per suggestion.

Initial Release, plugin unsigned but ready to solve a problem

Basic use-cases in place

Does not support:
Plain iterations, will only work from assertion/teststep failures.
Iterating without caring about result will be supported in a future release.
