doc: Add pandoc requirement to generate the website #296

Some pages (the FAQ for example) need `pandoc` to be generated properly.
If it's not installed, `hugo` shows this warning several times:
pandoc not found in $PATH: Please install.
Leaving pandoc content unrendered.
