Updated to work on Grasscutter 1.6.0+

New Features

• Builds can now be named!
• No more limits on number of builds
• Added list of builds, /set list

Feature Change

• Full build will be given every time you use /set load instead of searching for existing matching artifacts

Technical Changes

• Added api version for loading on new Grasscutter versions
• Updated dependency
• Rewrote the the entire thing

Old BuildSwitcher configs (v1.0 and earlier) will not carry over as it has been rewritten!
