I have created a document describing the submission process of one or more bacterial genomes using the NCBI submission system.

Looks good, some small confusing issues, but should be easily resolved.

I need to rewrite the document because the submission process is very different from the way I had written it up the last time.

Hi @karinlag Can you read the text for the NCBI Submission of reads to the SRA database using VIGAS. It turns out that it is needed that you do it like this:

  1. Check if Bioproject is there or not?
  2. If there is not a bioproject then create it.
  3. If there is a bioproject you can go straight to creating a biosample(s) registration.
  4. When a bioproject is available you can now create Biosamples
  5. When Bioproject and Biosamples have been registered at NCBI, you can select the sequence samples in VIGAS for submission to the SRA database.

I have not yet written the last step.

@ajkarloss since you are handling the VIGAS sysstem, can you give me a first pass over this before I dig in?
