ran into errors running the build-libjq make target because I was missing these two toolchain dependencies; documenting them so I don't forget
adding these dependencies means the build-libjq-go.sh script will only run when libjq/include/jq.h is missing since the build-libjq-go.sh script builds from a specific git SHA and applies specific patches the output should always be the same until that script changes.
they didn't seem to be getting picked up otherwise but this seems to work
