Fix an issue with reliability of start up when monitors are not yet ready.

All features should work, and there are no critical bugs.
Changes:

• Fixed: Slight mis-positioning of brightness dialog (padding was not included in calc)
• Added: Slider now show current brightness on first start
• Switched to a class based structure
• Added some unit testing
• Fixed: Disable/Enable autobrightness timer instead of just using conditional.
• Show initial brightness on mouse hover
