  1. nixos/redmine: Allow importing repositories at startup 

    Depending on the size of the repository, the import process might take
some time or might even timeout if it's done over the webserver. By
enabling this option, the timeout of the systemd unit is disabled in
order to not interrupt the import process and thus it's recommended to
enable this option only for the initial import and to disable it
afterwards.
