nexusmods-app: 0.4.1 -> 0.6.1

Define new constants:
- `NEXUSMODS_APP_USE_SYSTEM_EXTRACTOR`
- `INSTALLATION_METHOD_PACKAGE_MANAGER`

Also:
- Stop setting `APPIMAGE`
  We now have `INSTALLATION_METHOD_PACKAGE_MANAGER`
- Set `ReadyToRun`
