This program is a multitool for the game series Cultures 2. It allows decoding and viewing various game files. Just pass it your DataX/Libs/data0001.lib and you are off to the races.
To build this project, you need Maven and Java 21 (JDK) installed.
You need at least Java 21 installed to run this application.
Execute start.cmd (Windows) or start (Linux).
