Maptool

Tool for the analysing of difference Fourier electron density maps, for example from time-resolved serial femtosecond crystallography (TR-SFX) experiments.

Content:

  • Scripts for analysis of difference maps on:
    • Bacteriorhodopsin(bR): maptool-bR/scripts/
    • Rhodopsin: maptool-rhodopsin/scripts/
  • Description of the scripts: maptool-*/scripts/About_maptool.txt
  • Example input (three maps and a resting state pdb): maptool-bR/input/
  • Example output: maptool-bR/scripts/figure_example_2A_3sigma.jpg
