I want to wait until we announce extending the deadline. I think we'll get more applications that way. |

We will be advertising NDRH at the Cosyne tutorial and want to give a chance for people who attend to apply. Cosyne ends on March 5. Let's extend the deadline to Sunday, March 10 (or around then).
