- Nations
- Multiple Towns, slightly cheaper than each new Nation
- Town does not have permission granularity
- Can leave and join
- Founders assign permissions and approve/deny requests to join
- Nations have a nation chat
- (Default nation will be admin created)
- Leaders can pick successors, if no successors are planned, person with highest rank will take over.
- Each nation has a bank
- Banks are only accessible within plots
- Nations can set taxes
- When everyone leaves a nation the nation disbands, admins can override this

If a rank promotion is attempted, and the rank has a permission that the promoter does not have, the promoter cannot set the rank
can set a plot for public building, pvp flag would follow your nation global

- One nation can form an alliance
- In our instance, nations are automatically put in the alliance
- Each alliance can have a bank, nation founders would have access
- Alliances do not have taxes
