Note Checks for whether the borough and community district actually exists are intentionally omitted. When we're applying these checks in other endpoints, it's to inform 404 responses. However, we optimize the speed of MVT endpoints by skipping these checks. If the data does not exists, we simply return an empty MVT file without explaining why.
