Update ResStockArguments once NREL/OpenStudio-HPXML#844 is resolved.

New ResStockArguments arguments:

  • heating_setpoint (and cooling)
  • heating_setpoint_offset_nighttime (and cooling)
  • cooling_setpoint_offset_nighttime_is_setup (bool; cooling offset can be setup or setback)
  • heating_setpoint_offset_daytime_unoccupied (and cooling)

Set BuildResidentialHPXML arguments to blank:

  • hvac_control_heating_weekday_setpoint (and cooling)
  • hvac_control_heating_weekend_setpoint (and cooling)

Other steps/questions:

  • Generate detailed schedules2.csv from ResStockArgumentsPostHPXML (Option D)
  • Deal with heating setpoint greater than cooling setpoint? If so, would need heating/cooling days?
