Being Migrated to EcoFOCIpy - no support other than erddap xml snippets
This package is a collection of routines used by EcoFOCI to automatically produce various products for:
- visualization
- erddap generation
- erddap xml dataset files subsetted by system
- Jupyter Notebook files
- erddap product generation from existing erddap datasets
- example generation of visualizations, including use of non-local dataset
It is also a source for testing GitHub integrations, GitHub Actions, and other tools/examples that could be useful for the EcoFOCI repository (auto-linting, auto-config updates, etc)
- yaml file configures output location of images/data that gets generated
- may have hardcoded paths to virtual research machine
