- use xarray to make netcdf
keep column a bit longer
time is captured in xarray output
force checksum
checksum force to boolean
drop checksum from potential output file
force datatypes
switch to netcdf4

Use Xarray to build NetCDF files (which means we can build additional flavors easily in the future... nc4 or hdf5)
Removes reliance on old hand rolled netCDF4 library which was tailored to EPIC format.
Cleaner and likely better supported in the future.
