I've used a template extension for NBIS user-fee project reports. Several things didn't work when publishing in confluence compared to the locally rendered HTML file:

  • The header section was not rendered in Confluence
  • The table of contents did not appear
  • The reference table did not appear

Otherwise I've used quite basic code and text so the rest looks similar to the original HTML document.

Looks good to me, minus the issues you already pointed out. I don't know yet how one would fix those either.
