A Simple QQ Robot

How to use:

Requirements: NodeJS 13.10+ & Yarn & MongoDB
Clone: git clone https://github.com/hydro-dev/HydroBot.git
Install dep: yarn
Build: yarn build
Run CQHTTP: go-cqhttp is required, and it should run under websocket mode.
Write config file: rename config.sample.json to config.json and make some change.
Run bot: yarn debug
