Changes:
- Minimum GTK2 version is now 2.8
- Pixmap theme is now installed in prefix/share/xsensors/ as theme.tiff (other formats still supported)
- Command line option for update time has been tweaked

./configure --with-gtk2 - Menu with Preferences and About dialog
