Adds a natural source of volite: Volicious Lignite

What is this?

This PR adds a new mana source, a natural form of volite!
This form of volite is formed by fossilised plants and animals on a planet within a powerful leyline. The plants and animals absorb the magical energies throughout their lives and when they die, it gets compressed into rocks over millenia. As this happens, the magical energies coalesce along with other minerals within crevices in the lignite, creating naturally occurring volite crystals.

This PR also adds the ability to grind up most kinds of volite crystals into volite powder. You cannot do much with it currently other than eat it for mana, I suppose.

What can it do?

It has the same uses as the other volite crystals, and it is only as powerful as a small volite crystal for mana due to its impurity. It has a few extras, though:

• When grinded it turns into 5 units of volite powder and 5 units of carbon instead of pure volite powder.
• Volicious lignite can be burned to create a magical impure quintessence smoke!
