Updates the language menu
Deletes Bilingual, Trilingual, and Foreigner quirks (Bilingual may be readded, giving you more language slots?)
Now you can choose to remove languages your species starts with
Now you can choose to only understand or only speak a language, rather than having both
Languages given to you by the preference are tied to the mind
A few languages are no longer blocked behind being a certain species (may return?)
Now shows you what languages you have partial understanding of (may be its own preference in the future?)
