TLDR: for a while when an ornithid is spawned in by an admin, they will get the wrong color for their "feather" feature, and will instead be random.
this would not occur in normal join spawns, but it would occur when the player is admin spawned.
the cause was simply ornithid feathers not being included in the "features_block_lengths" global list.
I will note: during testing i noticed an anomaly with hairstyles changing on characters, though it was only on the character i already had selected
