Miners keep dying to extreme colds, and I'm pretty sure it's happening because a shaft miner's outfit provides 95% insulation, meaning getting very cold = you don't heat up unless you take it off
Resolving this involves rewriting insulation which is on the docket but until then we can provide a warning message saying why they so cold
