Adds wall mounted vitals monitors.

These showcase the vitals of nearby patients. It can connect to many things, including stasis beds, operating computers, and cryo tubes.

Visually, the monitor showcases the following:

  • Bodypart damage (brute / burn)
  • Blood level (Dark red = normal, fades to gray as it approaches lethal level)
  • Overall damage (mimicing that of the HUD)
  • Heart rate (fast / normal / stopped)
  • Respiration rate (normal / not breathing)
  • Oxygen Damage Level
  • Toxin damage level

Additionally, you can shift-examine the hud to get a health analyzer print out.
This even includes the AI, giving the AI a way to health scan patients without a shell.

I mapped some onto Lima and Kilo, around medical stasis beds, cryo, operating rooms, and robotics surgery rooms.

I think there's some other stuff I wanted to do to it but I want to work on Kilo without risking conflicts + I forgot what I wanted to do, so whatever
