Updating MP + Test Site to the latest Bootstrap

For both parent and child themes: - Replaced o’ld bootstrap’ folder with v. 3.1.1 one - Removed imports to old bootstrap versions (in the CSS) - Modified files that were affected by the change (style.css, front-page.php, footer.php)
