Original version of the code to reproduce WP graphs

This is the original version of the code. As it relies on extended path in Dynare, a feature still under development, this code may be revised in the future in order to keep up to date with new features in Dynare. This code works with Dynare unstable version dated 07/27/2015 or more recent.
