#SDSV-29 - Fixes the datasets having samples. Renders the samples. Changes rendering algorithm to better calculate position of nodes while collapsed and not collapsed.
#SDSV-28 - Also hides links that lead to 404 errors, and updates some of the links labels.
#SDSV-27 - Make Vertical Layout default
Fixes Group nodes properties, subjects # was wrong before.
