Removed the tooltips added in the previous release because even though the chat links are defined in the API they don't actually work =(
Also fixed Frozen tracking and added tracking for Frozen Missile in the Fraenir of Jormag strike

This is a prerelease version for testing. There may be false positives and missed mechanics - compare with the parsed log on dps.report to validate.
