v2.0: Merge pull request #19 from Maximisch/support-ghes-sync

The action now requires more explicit prefixing/suffixing of source/target URLs (just set it to "api.github.com" if you want to use GitHub Cloud), but through that also supports GitHub Enterprise Server.
