This browser extension aims to enhance the functionality of the Printables website by modifying the download links for 3D models. It allows you to open the 3D models directly in BambuStudio, a 3D printing software, making it more convenient for 3D printing enthusiasts.
Please note that this extension is a work in progress, and not all features may be fully implemented. Any contributions or suggestions are welcome to improve its functionality.
Follow these steps to install the Modify Printables Links extension in your browser:

Download the extension files to your computer.

Open your browser and go to the extension management page:
- For Google Chrome, navigate to
chrome://extensions/. - For Brave, navigate to
brave://extensions/.

Enable the "Developer mode" option (usually located in the upper right corner).

Click on the "Load unpacked" or "Load extension" button (the wording may vary depending on your browser).

Browse to the directory where you downloaded the extension files and select the folder.

The extension should now be installed and active in your browser.
Once the extension is installed and active, visit the Printables website, and you'll see the modified download links next to 3D models. Clicking on these links will open the models directly in BambuStudio. You need to refresh the page to get the button.
