Overhaul of DOM cache - lazy loading, allow live lookups

Improvements to the fectlocationaddress functino to prevent/handle erros more gracefully.

Guano metadata persisted and retrieved when viewing library file

Corrected SQL for retriving ID from locations table (fixes #150, I think!?)
