Folder structure on sorting computer

High priority sorting folder:

/home/nolanlab/to_sort/recordings

copy recording folders here

Low priority sorting folder:

/home/nolanlab/to_sort/sort_downtime

put lists of recordings to sort on server here

Sorting files:

/home/nolanlab/to_sort/sorting_files

There is a backup of this folder in \cmvm.datastore.ed.ac.uk\cmvm\sbms\groups\mnolan_NolanLab\ActiveProjects\Klara\sorting_files

these are parameters that MountainSort needs, they will be copied into your recordings, please don't touch this folder
