I used MP4Box to review the file (MP4Box -dxml emsg_cmaf_standalone.cmfm). MP4Box shows the content of the track in the XML output.
This is a 10 min file, fragmented with 2s fragments.
It alternates periods of 30s with SCTE splice insert events (with incrementing event id) that gets repeated (with presentation time delta adjustment) for 15 segments. This uses the emib box.
It is followed by 150s and 1ms of emeb boxes. The 1ms duration make the segments shift over time. I don't know if that is expected.
