Documentation should be in place. The site should be ready for user testing by the mamaroneck schools foundation. After bugs identified in this release are fixed, we should be able to move on to RC 2, and if there are no bugs with that, it can be pushed to production. As a requirement for RC1, documentation needs to be started/planned!
