User-defined commands :

/run/output filename : Set filename as the name of the output file, uncertain behaviour if the format is not .hdf5

/tpx/height number : Set number (in micrometers) as the height of the solid (the detector)

/tpx/mat material : Set material as the material of the solid (material is a string)
