This is a toolbox for DBS electric field and VTA estimation.
Use FastField via the GUI
Please clone the repository and add the whole directory to your Matlab path.
Then, call FastFiled in Matlab's command window to get the GUI.
Use FastField via the Code
Once cloning the repository, run the example.m file to see how it works, note that you have to adapt the path to the FastField github directory and the patient directory on your computer.
