About The Pull Request
Fixes various areas of Metastation that have been mercilessly s*yrat'd or otherwise fucked beyond measure.
You'll notice some changes you might not want, such as little to no wooden floors (or reduced/removed department drobes). That's due to my own design rules in my own project, but I think it might work here too.
Some layout changes I made I'm not 100% on (Security), but they're better than the spagetti-hallways and falsewall hell that the area above Courtroom was.
Why It's Good For The Game
Because holy shit you don't need to 'fix' things just because your autism-addled brain thinks "It's badly designed" /s

tweaks: Layout of certain offices - swapped detective and lawyer, moved Blueshield into the Command block
tweak: Layout of Hydro - That storage area infront was a pain and slightly unfinished but the entire area is much better
tweak: Layout of Bar and Diner - I think it's abit less cramped in the actual Diner area, Bar uses black tile like it's going out of style
tweak: Various parts of maint (you don't need that many random item spawns)
tweak: Xenoarch tele is now in Science proper (it looked ugly in Arrivals and the autist will now need to see another human in the space RP game before doing their autism atmos bullshit)
