This pull request changes the
Fnrestrictions in most of the control flow things toFnOnce. The reason for doing this is that I find that I'm using mutable (non-expr) things to track meta information within kernels, and so I need this in order to useifstatements without getting issues (or useCelleverywhere but that's annoying).
