Made a small fix to fix the mod, starting on a rework to make the mod more feature rich and better. (Index controllers are still not supported support for those will come in the rework)

You no longer need to put it in a specific folder, just plop the .dll in anywhere in the plugins folder and it should work (you also no longer need the lcm-equi-shader file).

I fixed the sensitivity on the locking/triggers so now everyone should be able to lock the controls.
