How to remove construction sites stuck after mod upgrade
A big thank you to RayzRay for posting this on the Steam comment section !
Some Construction sites will stay stuck at 100% after a mod upgrade and you won't be able to finish them. You can look in the save file for the string "RoadConstructionSite" & should be able to set the work cost to 1 and the work left to 1, so it finishes next time you work on it.
After following all the steps, all should look like this:

Save, load your game, activate Development Mode and Godmode, go to Construction Site and cancel the Construction Site.
People with Construction Sites pre fix who can't finish their roads even in Godmode do this:
Win + r > %appdata% > go to AppData > LocalLow > Ludeon Studios > RimWorld by Ludeon Studios > Saves
Open your Savefile with Editor, look for "RoadConstructionSite". There, reset all values to the starting amount (if it says 0 stone left from 3600, put in 3600, do the same for the other resources). Do the same for work cost and work left by putting any amount like 1000 (work cost 1000, work left 1000).
If you had requested help from other factions (like I did), then you must delete every line that has to do with Factions like these: null -1 -17.5954
