Kodi

Kodi and Unchained can be set up to easily play a media on a different device (e.g. phone -> tv). Devices must be on the same network (unless you're exposing Kodi to the internet)

1. Configure Kodi

• Enable the option Allow control of Kodi via HTTP under Settings -> Services -> Control (the settings level must be at least Standard to see the Control menu)
• set the options as needed, the default port should be ok, authentication can be kept enabled or disabled
• check the ip address of the device running Kodi under Settings -> System Information -> Summary (or also Network)

2. Configure Unchained

• Under Settings -> Kodi tap on Manage Kodi Devices and then Add device, and fill the fields by using what you put inside Kodi. If everything is correct the Test button should confirm it
• check if show kodi button is enabled under Settings -> Download Details
