cuts out needing to go to a grotto to farm sticks and nuts
currently readds chateau over bottle slot 1 if it was used last cycle, which may overwrite other contents (i.e. red potion) it would be preferable to add WEEKEVENTREG_DRANK_CHATEAU_ROMANI to sPersistentCycleWeekEventRegs so it wouldn't overwrite anything, but I couldn't find an elegant way to do that :P
