Hi, sorry for the long delay! Finally I was able to review this and applied some changes by myself. Since I added the Tab to the pad list, I assigned a new UUID to the package to avoid breaking any existing devices. And I renamed it to TO-225AA (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TO-126).

The package now has 4 footprints:

Vertical, Compact

Horizontal

Horizontal, With Hole
