Update generated chip resistors/capacitors with 3D models

SUMMARY

Including these changes:

• Generate 3D models for RESC and CAPC LibrePCB/librepcb-parts-generator#111
• chip: Fix library editor warnings LibrePCB/librepcb-parts-generator#112

So these are the first 3D models in our libraries! 🚀 🚀 🚀
