cleanup(mesh): remove old versions (#8197)

* chore(deps): update docs from repo source Signed-off-by: kumahq[bot] <110050114+kumahq[bot]@users.noreply.github.com> * cleanup(mesh): remove all versions before 2.2.x The mesh docs experienced a lot of changes before 2.2.x Maintaining all this is very combursome and all these versions are now deprecated.
