Phase 1

Immediate

1. Merge #init6 and #warnet into #warnet (duplicative, doesn't warrant a channel)
2. Rename #bot-dev to #development (for broader development projects)
3. Create #workshop (for new non-dev projects: art, games, ums maps, etc.)
4. Move #Staff and #VIP up to uncategorized below #Backstage
5. Reorder categories to uncategorized -> battle.net -> voice chat -> gaming -> other -> warcast -> clans

Phase 2

Monday January 9

1. Merge all clan channels to WarCast equivalents
2. Create #controversy and #news channel under Other
3. Merge #religion, #politics into #controversy
4. Merge #tech into #news
5. Delete #guns
6. Reorder categories to uncategorized -> battle.net -> voice chat -> gaming -> other -> warcast

Phase 3

Tuesday January 10

1. Create #General voice chat channel
2. Move #sex and #laks to Other
3. Rename #cinema to #entertainment
4. Rename #sfw-pix to #animals
5. Rename #screenshots-memes to #memes

Phase 4

Wednesday January 11

1. Rename #console-games to #console
2. Rename #pc-gaming to #desktop
3. Create #information channel under #Gaming
4. Merge #d2-info-bot into #information
