Update ESP32 Mini schematics and PCB to v2.5.0 #50

Added 1K R4 on gate of Q2.
Added 10K R5/R6 on gate of Q1.
Re-laid out PCB, all single sided and smaller.
Changed pads to hand solder.
Modified from ESP8266 layout.

Something to note in the Bill of Materials, the selected resistors fall under the extended library of parts from JLCPCB who charge an additional $4 per part. I was able to swap these parts to save $8 on my order.

Yeah, I actually used JLC C17414 for 10K and JLC C17513 1K in my JLC order.
