For most of these, it did not make sense to have them in the "engines" tech of that era, and would instead make sense to have them in the "plane construction" tech of that era. I changed 2 parts out of their eras, noseConeAdapter went from scramjetEngines to unlockParts, as its literally just an adapter, and MK1IntakeFuselage (aka the 1.25m Fuselage (Diverterless Intake)) went from scramjetEngines to improvedSpaceplanes. (first flown in 1996)
