Like the other two, but adjusted for the RPMs. Basically: - Update Actions to latest versions (checkout@v4, upload-artifact@v4) - Add proper error handling with set -eux - Improve dependency installation organization - Add parallel compilation support - Simplify RPM file handling and paths - Fix version string cleaning - Add retention period for artifacts - Improve Docker script readability and organization
