It looks like tests are blocked for 5.0 by some of the legacy-style version constraints.

It looks like that constraint is no longer appropriate here, and we need to purge 'em from the codebase anyway. They should be replaced with new style per-feature constraints which disregard pre-release labels as appropriate. And please kill this stray newline while you're in there.

That constraint has been reappropriated so that iba dashboards in this version of sdk will not work with lower versions of apstra
